Designed to create a calm, relaxing at-home atmosphere
Focuses on providing companionship, comfort & one-on-one attention during the hours pets often miss their families most
Gentle Pets will settle in with your companion for approximately 30 minutes
Your pet enjoys cuddling, gentle affection or simply having a comforting presence nearby to help recreate the warmth of a quiet evening at home

For the safety & comfort of staff, Gentle Pets requests that no other individuals be present in the home during the scheduled visit

Gentle Pets offers medication administration visits in the comfort & familiarity of your pet’s home, helping maintain their normal routine.

$5 per pet
Medication services are dependent on your pet’s temperament & Gentle Pets’ ability to safely administer care without causing unnecessary stress or risk
We strongly recommend discussing all medical routines, behavioral concerns & care instructions during the meet & greet process so we can determine the best & safest care plan
Medication administration is available as an add-on service to any scheduled drop-in visit or dog walking appointment

Gentle Pets is not a veterinary provider, but we are committed to providing compassionate support for pets requiring routine medication care

Additional pets may be added to services

for a $5 fee per additional pet
to ensure each companion receives proper time, attention & individualized care
Daily & Twice Daily Cat & Dog Drop-In services include care for up to two pets per household already! Any additional pets will be $5 per pet

For safety and proper handling, dog walking services are limited to a maximum of two dogs per walk.

All new clients are offered a complimentary Meet & Greet consultation prior to the start of services.

Consultations may take place by phone or in-home
Allows us to learn more about your pet’s routine, temperament, care needs & household expectations
Provide an opportunity to review policies, discuss services, answer questions & ensure everyone feels comfortable before care begins
Typically last 15–30 minutes and may include key exchange and care instructions

Meet & Greets scheduled outside normal business hours may be subject to scheduling fees.

Clients who prefer in-person key pickup or return may request this service

$5 transportation and handling fee per trip
All pickup & return arrangements must be scheduled & coordinated in advance
Gentle Pets offers complimentary secure key retention for returning clients to help simplify future bookings & emergency accommodations

Gentle Pets is willing to pick up or return keys while owners are away, but we strongly discourage leaving keys unattended & homes unlocked for security & safety reasons. Gentle Pets cannot be held liable.
