How Booking Works

Request a Booking

Getting started is easy! Simply click on the request a booking button to send us a message. 

You'll provide some basic contact information, let us know which pet care services you need and dates you are looking for care! 

Once we recieve your request, we'll review & answer any questions or concerns you may have - then we will send a link to get you and your pet started! 

Create a Profile

New clients will need to create an account for themselves & their pets. Be as detailed here as possible so we can personalize their experience just right!

Upload any vaccination records, add your pet’s routine, feeding schedule & share any important care instructions we may need during services. This is a great place to mention important medical needs & home access instructions. Make sure to add your pet's birthday so we can celebrate them too!

Confirm & Relax

Schedule a Meet & Greet or submit service requests!

Choose your preferred dates, visit times & services directly through the client portal. We’ll review your request & confirm availability.

Once approved, you’ll receive an invoice & booking confirmation. After payment is complete, your pet’s care is officially scheduled!

We do require a key or access code for services. Gentle Pets can pickup/return a key for an additional transportation fee.
