How Booking Works

Getting started is easy! Simply click on the request a booking button. You'll submit a request for the services needed, the dates and times you need us to come by, and finally provide some pet and contact information.

Ensure to include any vaccination records regarding your pet, add your pet’s routine, tempermant, feeding schedule & share any other important care instructions we may need during services. Be as detailed here as possible!

We’ll review your booking request and reach out if we have any questions or need additional information.

Once we’ve reviewed your request, we’ll confirm whether we’re able to accommodate your booking based on availability and your pet’s care needs.

You’ll receive a confirmation message or an update through your preferred contact method, whether by text or email.

We will soon after send a invoice with updated prices, fees, and discounts. After payment is complete, your pet’s care is officially scheduled!

If home access has not already been established then Gentle Pets will be reaching out shortly to gather that information. You can always provide the key during our FREE Meet & Greet service or Gentle Pets can pickup/return a key for a transportation fee.
