Medication Administration
Gentle Pets offers medication administration visits in the comfort & familiarity of your pet’s home, helping maintain their normal routine.
- $5 per pet
- Medication services are dependent on your pet’s temperament & Gentle Pets’ ability to safely administer care without causing unnecessary stress or risk
- We strongly recommend discussing all medical routines, behavioral concerns & care instructions during the meet & greet process so we can determine the best & safest care plan
- Medication administration is available as an add-on service to any scheduled drop-in visit or dog walking appointment
Gentle Pets is not a veterinary provider, but we are committed to providing compassionate support for pets requiring routine medication care
Key Pickup & Return
Key pick up or return services for home access during pet care. Clients who prefer in-person key pickup or return may schedule this service at any time.
- $5 transportation and handling fee per trip
- All pickup & return arrangements must be scheduled & coordinated in advance
- Gentle Pets offers complimentary secure key retention for returning clients to help simplify future bookings & emergency accommodations
Gentle Pets is willing to pick up or return keys while owners are away, but we strongly discourage leaving keys unattended & homes unlocked for security & safety reasons. Gentle Pets cannot be held liable.
Additional Drop-in Visit
This is an extra drop-in visit during our normal business hours. For pets who need an extra drop-in for care during the early afternoon/lunch time.
- $30 per additional visit outside of normal drop-in times
- Must be scheduled by calling or messaging Gentle Pets for approval, cannot be booked online independently.
- Great for pets who need medicating, feeding, or extra care around lunch time.
This service is specifically for appointments inside of normal business hours, additional drop-in will be completed around the lunchtime.
After Hours Drop-in Visits
This is an after hours drop-in visit scheduled outside our normal business hours.
- $35 per visit outside of normal business hours
- Must be scheduled by calling or messaging Gentle Pets for approval, cannot be booked online independently.
- Great for pets who need medicating, feeding, or extra care later in the evening or very early in the morning.
This service is specifically for appointments outside of normal business hours.
Free Meet & Greet:
Building Trust Before Care

All new clients are offered a complimentary Meet & Greet consultation prior to the start of services.
- Consultations may take place by phone or in-home
- Allows us to learn more about your pet’s routine, temperament, care needs & household expectations
- Provide an opportunity to review policies, discuss services, answer questions & ensure everyone feels comfortable before care begins
- Typically last 15–30 minutes and may include key exchange and care instructions
Meet & Greets scheduled outside normal business hours may be subject to scheduling fees.

Let us celebrate your pet's birthday with them! If you happen to be away but still want to celebrate with your pet or want to get your pet a walk on the town during their special day let us know!
- We will give them a celebratory bandana for their birthday & send you a festive photo for their big day!
We believe every pet deserves to be celebrated like family on their birthday. Be sure to enter in your pet's information and schedule a service today! This is an add-on to any drop-in or main service
